A few years ago, I was in the same place many pharmacists find themselves today— feeling the desire to move into hospital pharmacy, but unsure how to make that leap. Despite searching extensively, I couldn’t find clear guidance, training, or mentorship tailored specifically to help pharmacists like me transition into inpatient clinical roles. The gap was frustrating, and the path forward felt uncertain.
That experience became the inspiration for the program I’ve created today.
My mission is to provide the support I wish I had back then. Through practical training, mentorship, and real-world insights, I help pharmacists bridge the gap between retail and hospital pharmacy. Whether it's understanding the clinical mindset, preparing for interviews, learning about common inpatient workflows, or gaining confidence in order verification and patient care, this program equips you with what you need to succeed.
